It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like (a pink) Christmas

Christmas came a little early at Moore & Giles as we prepared for a December calendar photo for ITMA Showtime's The Common Thread: 2015 Furniture/Industry Calendar in support of Earlier.org - Friends for an Earlier Breast Cancer Test®. Earlier.org - Friends for an Earlier Breast Cancer Test® is the nation's only non-profit exclusively focused on funding research seeking an earlier biological detection test for breast cancer. The calendar will first be available on October 17th at the 200 Steel Building in High Point, NC. They will also be available at all earlier.org events, supporting retailers, and at Showtime. All proceeds will go to earlier.org, as they raise money to fund grants for an early detection test for breast cancer. To incorporate a theme for breast cancer and the month of December, Moore & Giles decided to create a whimsical scene with little leather Christmas trees. We treated our three resident hand models to gel manicures in varying shades of pink by Taylor'd Nails. The ladies completed the look with pink tops to show their support for breast cancer awareness and went to work sprinkling faux snow over our leather forest. Take a behind the scenes look below: IMG_0011

Hues of pink - our Catalina (pictured in the middle) created the most whimsical "Seuss"-like trees.
