A NIGHT WITH ROCKWELL

If there is one thing we have learned in this business, it is that relationships – real relationships - are essential. In a world ruled by likes, tweets and followers, we took extra time to slow down and interact the old fashioned way. With firm handshakes, eye contact and clinking glasses we form long-lasting face-to-face relationships that exist apart from a bright screen. We had the privilege of co-hosting a party with Angela Brown for the Rockwell Design Group, an award-winning, cross-disciplinary architecture and design practice based in New York City. Rockwell, a client of Angela Brown, has featured Moore & Giles leather in a number of recent projects and installations. The private event took place at the famous Haven’s Kitchen in NYC. Rockwell Designers and guests mingled amongst signature cocktails and hors d’oeuvre plates prepared by the talented chefs. The intimate atmosphere made the perfect setting for effortless networking. Sackett Wood was given an opportunity to speak on behalf of Moore & Giles, garnering new interest in our brand and allowing us to share our leather with a group of enthusiastic and talented designers. An evening of new relationships and old friends, we are excited to partake in events like these that help us to both evolve and grow connections. At the end of the day, that is exactly what this business is all about.
